About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Information Technology department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our networks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs for vendors and staff.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on technical matters related to networking and IT services. Your strong problem-solving and analytical skills will enable you to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will also enable you to foster strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth network operations.
• Develop and implement training programs for vendors and staff.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
• Provide expert advice on technical matters related to networking and IT services.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Strong command of at least one area listed below:
  1. A+
  2. Network +
  3. Server +
  4. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
  5. Adobe Certified Associate (ACA)
  6. AUTODESK Certified User (ACU)
  7. HP Accredited Technical Associate (HPATA)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
