Learning Solutions Strategist

The Talent Development team is seeking a Learning Solutions Strategist to drive engagement, enhance performance, and provide comprehensive learning solutions across 18 countries.

This role requires a strategic thinker with superb stakeholder alignment skills, excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the Learning Architecture, aligning with business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Lead the rollout, implementation, and administration of the company's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring effective governance and maintenance to support global learning initiatives.
  • Create engaging digital learning solutions, applying instructional design principles, and utilizing multimedia tools and technologies to produce high-quality digital learning assets and programs.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in digital learning management, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with LMS implementation, administration, and governance in a global, multi-entity and/or matrix organization.
  • Strong technical skills in instructional design and digital content development.
