Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and complete the entire recruitment cycle for various roles within our organization at Translation Empire PK.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of open positions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive hiring strategy to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Identify effective methods for recruiting and attracting technical and non-technical talent using social media, job portals, job fairs, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Proactively build candidate pipelines by implementing strategies such as employer branding.
  • Evaluate applicant qualifications through interviews, analysis of responses, reference verification, technical and language competency tests, and comparison to job requirements.
  • Maintain regular contact with candidates regarding the status of their applications.
  • Update recruitment status in our internal database in a timely manner.
  • Fill vacancies efficiently and inform hiring managers of successfully onboarded candidates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in our internal database.
