Visionary Software Solution Architect

About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with deep expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on Azure. This is a senior, strategic, and hands-on role for someone who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

The ideal candidate is not only a seasoned architect but also a clear communicator, pragmatic problem-solver, and someone who has successfully operated within a software services company environment. Experience juggling multiple clients, complex stakeholder needs, and fast-paced delivery expectations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end software architectures using .NET and Azure that meet business and technical objectives.">
• Closely collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and client stakeholders.">
• Define and document architecture decisions, design patterns, integration strategies, and non-functional requirements.">
• Lead architectural discussions with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and constraints.">
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements in scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.">
• Guide teams on the application of best practices, cloud-native design, and DevOps integration.">
• Participate in pre-sales conversations and technical discovery sessions as needed.">
• Mentor developers and technical leads to elevate overall technical capability across the team.

Core Technical Skills Required:

• Deep expertise in .NET (C#) and cloud-native solution design.">
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including but not limited to: App Services, Azure Functions, API Management, Event Grid, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, Identity & Access Management (Azure AD, Managed Identities), Networking, monitoring, cost optimization, and security in Azure.">
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).">
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (Angular or React) is a plus.">
• Strong architectural documentation and modeling skills (e.g., sequence diagrams, component diagrams).

Certifications:

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is required.

Experience & Background:

• Minimum 8 years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated architecture role.">
• Prior experience working for a software services or consulting firm is required.">
• Experience working directly with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions is essential.">
• Proven success leading solution architecture for complex, distributed systems is necessary.">
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS systems, API ecosystems, and enterprise-scale integrations is a plus.
