Job Title: Fundraising and Partnership Development Specialist

This is a performance-based position where you will earn a commission based on the funds raised. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing sponsors, developing fundraising strategies, and creating compelling proposals to support lacrosse events in Pakistan.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure sponsors for lacrosse events, training programs, and international competitions.
  2. Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the Federation's goals and objectives.
  3. Proposal Development: Create persuasive sponsorship proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of supporting lacrosse in Pakistan.
  4. Event Coordination: Collaborate with event organizers to ensure sponsor needs are met during lacrosse events.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on fundraising activities and financial targets.
  6. Network Building: Establish a network of potential sponsors, partners, and donors within Pakistan and internationally.
  7. Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in fundraising, sponsorship acquisition, or sales.
  2. Strong network of contacts within the corporate sector or philanthropic organizations.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to create persuasive proposals and presentations.
  5. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
