">Job Title: Team Lead

A talented and experienced Team Lead is required to lead our drop shipping team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of drop shipping, including business development, product listing and inventory management, business management, record keeping, and customer relations.

  • Business Development:">
    • ">
    • Develop strategies for product hunting based on sales projections for each account.">
    • Maintain detailed records in excel format with ASIN and 3rd party product code for reference.">
    • Determine sales targets and coordinate with suppliers on new product launches, seasonal products, forecasts, and demand planning.">
    • Strategically list product(s) on Amazon based on competitor analysis, price analysis, shipping time, inventory, buy box, and sales expectation.">

  • Product Listing and Inventory Management:">
    • ">
    • Control and close supervision of listed products' prices throughout the shift to meet both sales goals and market price competition.">
    • Communicate with suppliers regarding product samples and limited-time promotions.">
    • Obtain sample products for quality controls on all listed product types.">
    • Monitor inventory levels regularly to meet daily sales targets.">

  • Business Management (Order Processing):">
    • ">
    • Ensure on-time order processing with a team of Virtual Assistants (VAs).">
    • Coordinate with the Human Resources (HR) team to ensure the appropriate number of VAs are recruited.">
    • Supervise VAs to ensure all orders are properly processed and dispatched according to instructions from end customers.">
    • Track orders with suppliers and update customers with tracking numbers.">
    • Dispatch orders from drop-shipping warehouses as needed.">

    • Update and maintain periodic reports to be shared with the management team.">

  • Customer Relations:">
    • ">
    • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve billing issues and ensure the quality of products.">
    • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or website online chat, ensuring responses to customers are within a 24-hour window.">
    • Keep track of the health of all accounts and update management on any concerns or issues.">
    • Counter and manage customer claims, arrange for refunds and rectify complaints.">
