Job Overview

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to support the growth and success of its regional business in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to drive satisfaction among end-users through effective technical support and training.
  • Ensure seamless operation of the Maglumi system, enhancing user experience and satisfaction.
  • Promote efficient reagent consumption, optimize analyzer performance, and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Develop strong relationships with local engineers, providing training and guidance on technical skills enhancement.
  • Manage regional distributor inquiries, apply relevant reagents and spare parts, and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IVD area, preferably in Immunoassay.
  • Excellent technical expertise, ability to work independently under pressure, and proficiency in English communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with regional sales teams and distributors.
