Recruitment Executive

As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Job Description:

You will be working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. This will involve proactively searching for and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and social media.

Once qualified candidates have been identified, you will screen their resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess their fit for the role. You will then manage the interview process, scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics with candidates and hiring managers.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for preparing and delivering compelling offer packages to top candidates. This will involve staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, as well as analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with Boolean search is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to source and attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A passion for building relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience.
