This role involves promoting our high-quality infant formula milk to healthcare professionals, including pediatricians, gynecologists, and pharmacists, creating awareness about its benefits, building strong relationships with medical practitioners, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Product Promotion: Present and detail the benefits of our infant formula milk to healthcare professionals. Conduct product demonstrations and provide samples to doctors and pharmacies.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with pediatricians, gynecologists, and other relevant healthcare professionals. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
- Market Analysis: Identify and analyze market trends and competitor activities. Develop strategies to increase product visibility and market share.
- Sales & Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
- Education & Training: Educate healthcare professionals about the nutritional and safety aspects of our infant formula. Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in medical sales, preferably in infant formula or related products, is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Other: Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
