As a Junior Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, developing financial strategies, and providing key insights to support informed decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure Accuracy in Financial Reporting: Review and verify the accuracy of financial reports.
  2. Manage Cash Flow: Monitor and manage cash flow effectively.
  3. Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters.
  4. Develop Financial Strategies: Develop financial strategies to drive business growth.
  5. Perform Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Maintain Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  7. Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage accounts receivable and payable effectively.
  8. Implement Financial Policies: Implement financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Preferably MBA (Finance)/ACCA (Part-Qualified) and Related Academics: Possess a degree in finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 Years of Relevant Experience: Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with Taxation-Related Matters: Familiarity with corporate tax, withholding tax, sales tax, and income tax.
  • Experience in Petty Cash Handling: Experience in handling petty cash and verifying vouchers.
  • Monthly/Biweekly Invoicing: Experience in preparing and submitting monthly/biweekly invoices.
  • Coordination with Tax Advisors: Coordinate with tax advisors for compliance with tax notices.
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable Management: Manage accounts receivable and payable.
  • Treasury Management SECP Compliance: Ensure compliance with treasury management regulations.
  • Knowledge of ERPs: Knowledge of Quickbooks, Oracle, SAP, or similar ERPs will be a plus.
