About the PositionAs a leader in Commercial Sales Engineering, you will build, lead, and nurture our teams in Pakistan. You will oversee multiple pre-sales teams, develop junior Sales Engineers, conduct compelling product demonstrations, and design innovative solutions that support our Commercial sales objectives.
You will empower our Commercial Sales teams to achieve their goals by providing strategic technical guidance and support.
Responsibilities- Build a high-performing team of Commercial Sales Engineering Managers and individual Sales Engineers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to develop strategies that align with Commercial segment goals.
- Establish best practices for the Commercial Sales Engineering function.
- Partner with the Recruiting Team to attract top Sales Engineering talent in Pakistan.
- Design training and development programs to enhance the skills and performance of the entire team.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to local and global leadership based on comprehensive data analysis.
- Act as a key technical liaison between the Sales Engineering team and internal departments.
- Proven leadership experience with at least 3+ years in a second-line leadership role.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor's of Science preferred; Master's a plus.
- Familiarity with value selling concepts is highly desirable.
- Previous experience as an individual contributing Sales Engineer is essential.
- Experience overseeing commercial sales cycles and supporting high-volume, transactional sales.
- Knowledge of hardware, cloud software, IoT, and AI/ML is beneficial.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
