Job Overview

  • Led a team of distributors' salesmen, reporting to the Area Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieving annual/monthly product sales targets by developing effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Ensuring targeted outlet coverage, product availability, and visibility through proactive market research and analysis.
  • Providing timely market feedback on sales outlooks, competitor's activities, and product pricing to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Mandatory 3 years of sales and distribution management experience in FMCG environment.
About the Role

You will also have the chance to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, suppliers, and customers.
