Bioinformatics and Biotechnology Studentship

We are seeking a highly motivated PhD researcher to join our team in the Department of Bioinformatics and Biotechnology. The successful candidate will be involved in research activities related to increased prevalence of ESBL producing coliforms and Shiga toxin producing E. coli (STEC) in retail meat samples and study of its consequent adverse effects on human health using quantitative gene expression assay.
Key Responsibilities- To investigate the prevalence of ESBL producing coliforms and Shiga toxin producing E. coli (STEC) in retail meat samples.
- To study the consequent adverse effects on human health using quantitative gene expression assay.
- Enrolled PhD Scholar in the Discipline of Biotechnology.
- Candidate having a relevant experience will be preferred.
