Field Technician - Point of Sale

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a self-motivated Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting POS systems.
  • Your primary focus will be on providing excellent service to our merchants, ensuring their POS systems are running smoothly at all times.
  • You will also be required to maintain accurate inventory records and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications;
