Our Companyis seeking a talented Android Developer to join our team. This role involves working closely with our customer-facing teams to design, develop, and ship new features.

Job Description:

As an Android Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, maintaining, and building applications for Android. You'll ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and maintain code quality.

You'll work with our distributed global team to develop AR Client Product(s) using Java/Kotlin, Layouts, and Firebase. Knowledge of Google MLKit and 3D modeling/game development would be a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and testing high-quality mobile applications for Android devices.
  • Maintaining existing applications, ensuring they remain up-to-date and perform well.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Working with Customer team (on-shore/off-shore) to develop and implement complex UX designs and event analytics using Firebase.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, along with 5+ years of strong Android development experience. Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Android Studio is required, as well as hands-on experience implementing complex UX designs and event analytics using Firebase.

This role requires a strong communication skillset, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in mobile app development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of strong Android development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, Kotlin, and Android Studio.
  • Experience implementing complex UX designs and event analytics using Firebase.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
