The role of Finance Manager requires a seasoned professional to oversee the financial operations of a growing fashion brand with a strong e-commerce focus.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive financial planning and strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Analyze market trends and industry developments to inform strategic financial decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Conduct thorough profitability assessments, cost evaluations, and investment analyses.
  • Manage financial operations related to online sales, including forecasting and margin analysis.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce and recommend actions to improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and sales teams to align promotions and pricing with financial targets.

Financial Operations

  • Optimize working capital and efficiently manage payment cycles and investments.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to currency fluctuations and supplier agreements.

Cost Reduction & Profit Enhancement

  • Implement cost control measures across sourcing, production, and logistics.
  • Evaluate existing cost structures and suggest improvements to increase margins.
  • Enhance operational efficiencies and reduce overheads.

Financial Risk Management & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations.
  • Lead external audits and maintain accurate, timely reporting.
  • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Supervise and mentor finance team members.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and adherence to best financial practices.
  • Define team roles, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including investors, vendors, and banks.
  • Support supplier and vendor negotiations with financial insights.
  • Enhance financial systems to improve analytics and decision-making.
  • Oversee integration of ERP, data, and e-commerce platforms for better financial visibility.
