BHARAT ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS & MANUFACTURERS is a leading electrical contractor and manufacturer seeking a qualified Electrical (EHV) Project Incharge. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality electrical infrastructure projects, working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer to join our team and lead the way in shaping the future of electrical infrastructure development. As an EHV Project Incharge, you will be responsible for leading teams of engineers and technicians in the planning, design, and implementation of electrical infrastructure projects. Your key responsibilities will include developing project plans, managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the testing and commissioning of EHV sub-stations
- Allocate work to sub-contractors & conduct periodical inspections
- Prepare JMC and Billing documents
- Liaise with MSETCL, KPTCL, EI, Local Authorities
- Manage material supplies and ensure timely submissions
- Coordinate with Chief Engg. Quality control officer, PFC, REC authorities
- Resolve ROW issues during project execution
- Develop layout electrical installation drawings & control cable schedules
- Manage labour schedules and bills

Requirements
We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing electrical infrastructure projects, specifically 220/132/110/33 kv sub-stations. Your expertise in electrical engineering, computer skills, and excellent communication abilities will make you an ideal fit for this role. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
