Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our website strategy, enhancing user experience, and improving conversion rates.

  • Establish and maintain a strong online presence through effective site optimisation, content creation, and social media engagement.

We are seeking a talented professional with excellent knowledge of managing e-commerce platforms, intermediate understanding of SEO principles, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Setup and manage our Shopify store based on industry best practices, ensuring seamless integration with our brand strategy.
  2. Develop and implement site optimisations and upgrades to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates.
  3. Manage the technical roadmap for the website, encompassing new functionality, UX developments, and international/B2B website updates.
  4. Set up and test promotions, merchandise products, prepare sale campaigns, and manage product feeds.
  5. Enhance SEO to increase the authority and relevancy of our site, focusing on technical SEO and both on-site and off-site content SEO.
  6. Create engaging marketing material and ads either through online tools or with freelancers.
  7. Monitor and report on website performance, identifying opportunities to improve UX and conversion, and sharing recommendations.
