In-House Counsel

Chisty Law Chambers Limited is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to provide expert legal guidance and support our business operations.

1. Deliver Expert Legal Services: Provide expert advice on contracts, compliance, and regulations to ensure seamless business operations.
2. Develop and Review Agreements: Create, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and policies that meet company needs.
3. Verify Compliance: Ensure that company operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, minimizing the risk of non-compliance.
4. Represent the Organization: Liaise with external legal counsel and represent the organization in legal matters as needed.
5. Stay Updated on Legal Developments: Remain informed on relevant legal developments and conduct thorough research to provide informed advice.
6. Assess and Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, protecting the organization from legal liabilities.

1. Law Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required, while a Master's degree in Law (LLM) is preferred.
2. Proven Experience: A proven track record in a similar role is essential for this position.
3. Exceptional Knowledge of Corporate Law: A strong understanding of corporate law, labor law, and regulatory frameworks is necessary.
4. Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions is crucial.
