Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Listing Manager to oversee our team responsible for creating and optimizing product listings across multiple online channels.

The successful candidate will ensure our products are launched efficiently, accurately, and optimized for maximum visibility and sales.

  • Supervise and mentor the team of listing specialists.
  • Develop and implement strategies for product listing creation and optimization.
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow of the listing department, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Act as the final point of quality control, reviewing and approving new listing templates and strategies before they are implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the head of e-commerce to develop the overall strategy for product presentation and SEO across all channels.
  • Monitor the performance of new listings, tracking key metrics like conversion rate, click-through rate, and initial sales.
  • Work closely with the marketing and design departments to ensure a seamless and efficient product launch process.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 1 year in a team leadership or management role.
  • Expert-level knowledge of E-commerce SEO and the specific ranking algorithms of major platforms.
  • Strong data analysis skills: ability to analyze listing performance data and make strategic decisions to improve results.
  • Process management: experience in creating, documenting, and optimizing complex workflows (SOPs).
  • Deep familiarity with e-commerce backend systems and listing management software.
  • Excellent leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively across multiple departments.
