Customer Acquisition Specialist

The role of a Customer Acquisition Specialist is crucial in supporting the growth of our customer base by analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and providing actionable insights. This position involves tracking performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive acquisition success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance across digital platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize customer acquisition strategies, ensuring enhanced customer conversion rates
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to align marketing assets with overall acquisition objectives and strategies
  • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new customer acquisition opportunities and provide recommendations
  • Monitor and track performance metrics, making recommendations for adjustments to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency
  • Create and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and actionable insights for strategy refinement
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field
  • Professional Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a data-driven marketing or acquisition-focused role, ideally within the fintech or digital sector. Proven success in analyzing and optimizing digital campaigns
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Excel, and other similar marketing platforms for performance tracking and reporting
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights for optimizing acquisition strategies
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data and insights to diverse stakeholders
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive problem-solving mindset to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in campaigns
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when preparing performance reports and analyzing data
