About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

This role involves developing and customizing Salesforce solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, and implementing technical solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining custom applications, triggers, and integrations in Salesforce, as well as ensuring that Salesforce applications adhere to industry best practices and security protocols.

Salesforce is a powerful platform for delivering customer experiences, and we are looking for someone who can leverage its capabilities to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, then design and implement technical solutions
  • Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, and integrations in Salesforce
  • Implement Omni-Channel features to enhance communication and improve customer experiences
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the Salesforce environment
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience working with Salesforce development
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, Service Cloud, and related tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs for integrations
  • Experience with declarative development tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or II) Certification
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for UI design
