Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team.

Job Description
  • To identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • To enhance services to existing customers, establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers of target customers, and collaborate with government, local factories, gas stations, fleets, universities, and other institutions.
  • To develop customized solutions that meet customer needs, conduct market research to understand competitors and industry trends, and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international market development or export sales, preferably in the green travel industry.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing new business and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance.
  • Analyzing data to optimize business strategies and processes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in marketing and sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in business operations.
