Job Title: Amazon PL Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage Amazon seller accounts and optimize product listings for increased visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Health Management: Regularly assess and enhance the overall health of the Amazon seller account, ensuring compliance with platform policies and regulations.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve various issues related to orders, listings, and customer service, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Catalog Management: Create new product listings and optimize suggestions for content to improve visibility and sales performance, leveraging expertise in product listing manual and bulk creation, optimization, storefront creation, and communication with support.
  • Amazon Account Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate and compliant product information, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of Amazon's Seller Central platform, including its features and functionalities.
  • Expertise in product listing manual and bulk creation, optimization, storefront creation, and communication with support.
  • Knowledge of Brand registry, flat file operations, and other relevant tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
