Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through market visits and cold calls to identify business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by selling our products to customers, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare sales proposals and presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree or equivalent in any field, with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
