About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the quality standards, guest satisfaction, and day-to-day operations of our property portfolio in a virtual environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Quality Standards: Oversight of quality standards, amenities, and virtual maintenance requirements. Recommend property improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Photography Management: Coordination and management of property photo shoots. Ensure images align with brand guidelines and are regularly updated.
  • SEO & Copywriting: Optimization of property listings with relevant keywords and SEO strategies. Writing and editing persuasive listing copy, including headlines, descriptions, and promotional content.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Supervision of occupancy management, resolution of guest issues, and liaison with on-site teams or vendors (e.g., cleaners, photographers). Consistent execution of revenue strategies across assigned properties.
  • Team Coordination: Direct management and mentorship of team members. Handling escalations and maintaining smooth workflows across all support functions.
Your Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in property management, short-term rentals, or hospitality operations.
  • Familiarity with property management systems and ability to interpret data for optimized listings and occupancy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at creating compelling property descriptions and engaging stakeholders.
  • Capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership & Team Management: demonstrated success in managing direct reports or cross-functional teams.
