Job Overview:

The Global Client Acquisition Manager is responsible for securing new business opportunities, driving sales, and building relationships with potential clients.

This role requires a proactive approach to client acquisition, business expansion, and service diversification, with a primary focus on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to client onboarding and service delivery.

The Manager will work directly with the Country Manager and collaborate with the internal recruitment team to meet the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Business Development:
    • Identifies and onboards new clients, expanding the company's client base.
    • Pitches the company's recruitment and other services to potential clients.
    • Negotiates contracts, terms, and agreements with clients, ensuring successful business partnerships.
    • Achieves sales and recruitment targets by consistently bringing in new business.
  • Collaboration and Service Delivery:
    • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services to onboarded clients.
    • Manages relationships with clients post-onboarding to ensure long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
    • Presents qualified candidates to clients, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
    • Works closely with the recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of candidates.
  • KPI-Driven Performance:
    • Meets or exceeds the KPIs, including revenue generation from client onboarding, successful placements, and service expansion.
    • Monitors progress against KPIs and adjusts strategies to maximize outcomes.
  • Reporting:
    • Provides regular updates and reports on business development activities to the Country Manager.
    • Works under the direction of the Country Manager and ensures full compliance with all company directives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and contribute to business growth.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment or staffing industry is preferred.
