
Business Development Lead for Growth Opportunities

We are seeking an ambitious and driven professional to spearhead our expansion efforts, creating and executing a successful sales strategy while sharing expertise with colleagues. This role aims to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and fostering strong client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesPursue new clients primarily in the US/UK markets, translating into increased business.
Identify and generate leads from various platforms.
Cultivate and close sales opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, and negotiation.
Manage and expand the sales pipeline.
Initiate cold calls within designated markets or geographic areas to maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Recognize potential clients and their decision-makers.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Coordinate meetings between client decision-makers and our technical team.
Develop tailored proposals that address client needs, concerns, and objectives.
Collaborate on pricing solutions and handle objections effectively.
Persuade and negotiate using various styles as needed.
Present new products and services, enhancing existing relationships.
Work closely with technical staff and internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Demonstrate proven sales results and excellent communication skills.
Proven experience as a business development manager/sales executive or relevant role.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development within the software services industry, preferably in web and mobile app development.
Background in software sales for the US/UK region, with a proven sales track record.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, along with fluent written and spoken English language skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Develop daily sales lead sources and proactively initiate sales calls to new leads.
Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring accurate accreditation eligibility checks before contacting businesses.
Maintain awareness of market changes and write compelling proposals for bidding projects.
Cold call within designated markets or geographic areas to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Establish customer needs and sell IT services accordingly.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Organize marketing and sales campaigns, identifying trendsetter ideas through industry research and event tracking.
