We are seeking a diligent Immigration Processing Specialist to handle the administrative and procedural aspects of visa applications for individuals seeking to immigrate for work.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
  • Manage end-to-end processing of skilled immigration applications (Canada, Australia, & New Zealand).
  • Collaborate with clients to gather documents, assess eligibility, and complete forms.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding file status and updates.
  • Keep accurate records of all visa applications and client interactions.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues related to their visa applications.
  • Stay updated with immigration policies, point systems, and application procedures.
  • Liaise with case officers and legal experts when needed.
  • Generate reports on application status and other relevant data.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Law, International Relations, or Business Administration preferred).
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in immigration case processing (Skilled Category preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong command of English (verbal and written).
  • Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple files efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
