Physics Educator Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality Physics instruction to O-Level students in alignment with the Cambridge Assessment International Education curriculum. Key to success will be the creation of an engaging learning environment, fostering critical thinking, and preparing students effectively for their examinations while developing their scientific curiosity.

A well-structured approach to teaching and learning is essential, incorporating various pedagogical methods, multimedia, and technology to enhance student engagement. Effective assessment and feedback practices must also be implemented to ensure student progress is accurately recorded and reported upon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs, ensuring all students have opportunities to succeed.
  • Deliver interactive lessons that incorporate real-world applications, simulations, and experiments to promote deeper understanding of key concepts.
  • Assess and record student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to inform future instruction.
  • Prepare students for internal assessments, mock exams, and final O-Level examinations through targeted support and revision sessions.
  • Provide additional academic support, mentoring, and exam preparation as needed to ensure student success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote interdisciplinary learning and a positive school culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or a related field (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred).
  • Proven experience in teaching O-Levels/IGCSE Physics (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Strong English language proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with the Cambridge Assessment curriculum and exam requirements.
  • Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
