At Munsalik Digital, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software developer to take on the role of designing, developing, and maintaining .NET-based software applications.

About the Position:

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for managing multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of concerns raised by microfinance institutes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements.
  • The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain relational databases using Microsoft SQL Server or other database management systems, optimize database performance, and ensure data integrity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will design and develop Crystal Reports, collaborate with business analysts, product development, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • The chosen candidate will implement security best practices in both the application and database layers.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of .NET framework, C#, and relevant .NET languages is essential.
  • Experience with database management systems, including Microsoft SQL Server, is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are also required.
