Software Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled software design expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and software engineering, with experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, optimize software performance, and refactor code as needed. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in software design and development, with a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate their expertise. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable software architectures for transportation systems
  • Lead software development projects and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements
  • Optimize software performance and refactor code as needed
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a software architect with a strong portfolio of successful projects
  • Proficiency in Python and C programming languages
  • Knowledge of communication protocols (Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP, NTP, etc.)
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
  • Knowledge of user interface design principles for desktop applications
  • Experience in performance optimization and code refactoring
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and independently
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
