As a Strategic Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving business success through effective collaboration with employees and management in designated business units. You will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service that reflects the organization's objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading bulk hiring initiatives and collaborating with recruitment teams to meet large-scale staffing needs efficiently.
  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across various departments to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Conducting weekly meetings with respective business units to ensure alignment and progress.

You will also be responsible for performing other related duties as assigned by management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

They will also have the ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.

The minimum requirement is 8 years of experience resolving employee relations issues, with a Master in HRM/MBA degree preferred.
