Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our mobile applications. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering successful products that meet customer needs and expectations.

Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful release of our mobile applications in the market. To achieve this, you will be responsible for:
  1. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  2. Leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test mobile applications.
  3. Defining product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on customer feedback and business objectives.
  4. Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  5. Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive product adoption.

You will work closely with our development, QA, and marketing teams to deliver valuable and high-quality products. Your decisions will impact the product's success, and you will be accountable for operational support, performance monitoring, and testing.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of software development and agile methodologies. You must be able to analyze complex systems, evaluate trade-offs, and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills are essential for partnering with stakeholders, managing risks, and resolving issues that impact scope, quality, and schedule.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience leading teams that have delivered successful software products.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or MIS is expected.

  • Understanding of native mobile application development for iOS and Android.
  • Interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
