Lead PPC Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead PPC Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing PPC campaigns for custom software development firms.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing PPC strategies to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
  • This role will play a critical part in expanding our client base and increasing market visibility.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms, specifically for the custom software development industry.
  2. Conduct in-depth keyword research to ensure campaigns target relevant, high-intent search queries.
  3. Design and execute remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential clients.
  4. Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce the cost per lead.
  5. Collaborate with the content, design, and web development teams to ensure landing pages and ads are optimized for conversion.
  6. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  7. Stay up to date with the latest PPC trends, algorithm updates, and best practices within the software development industry.
  8. Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and keywords to improve overall campaign effectiveness.
  9. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
  10. Suggest and implement innovative PPC strategies to drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, particularly for custom software development firms or similar B2B tech environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant PPC platforms.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and budget management.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO/PPC tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and adjust campaigns for optimal performance.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experience with A/B testing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling ad copy and reports.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a distributed team.
