Job Description

Sovereign Express Trade Limited seeks a creative and strategic Social Media Expert to enhance its online presence and engagement in the dynamic Freight and Cargo industry.

  • Overview:
  • We are looking for a skilled professional to develop and execute social media strategies, manage company accounts, and create engaging content to increase followers and interaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the company's social media accounts on various platforms.
  2. Create, edit, and publish high-quality content daily to maintain a strong online presence.
  3. Develop and implement monthly content calendars to organize posting schedules and ensure consistent engagement.
  4. Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to grow followers and improve engagement metrics.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure content is informative, appealing, and aligned with the company's goals.
  6. Analyze social media metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
  8. Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Social Media Expert or similar role, preferably in the Freight and Cargo industry.
  2. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  3. Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills to develop engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  4. Ability to develop creative and effective social media strategies that drive results and improve online presence.
  5. Proficiency in social media management tools to streamline tasks and optimize performance.
  6. Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
