Asset Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering meaningful connections with customers and understanding their unique financial needs.

You will serve as a dedicated point of contact for personalized assistance and guidance, whether it's opening accounts, navigating financial products, or addressing concerns.

Your primary goal will be to provide tailored solutions to enhance the banking experience and drive growth objectives of the bank.

You will work closely with business managers and relationship managers to implement approved sales/service plans and achieve targets/objectives of sales in assigned areas.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring target achievement through genuine sales, avoiding family loaning, activist base lending, and adjustment lending.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives
• Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers
• Achieving targets/objectives of sales in assigned areas
• Ensuring target achievement through genuine sales

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred)
• At least 0-1 years' experience in a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
