About Us

Job Overview

As an Education Counsellor, you will provide expert guidance to international students in selecting the ideal institution that aligns with their academic and career aspirations. Your role involves providing students with accurate information, advising them on study opportunities, local education systems, cultures, and geographic regions. Additionally, you will assist with application documentation, facilitate enrolments, and promote our products and services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive student satisfaction and advocacy through each stage of the student journey, including promoting essential products and services, managing leads, and facilitating successful applications.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to students, families, and education providers, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing environments, with a track record of achieving individual and team-based targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the education sector, including placement into VET and universities, immigration requirements, and processes.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or prior experience working as an Education Counsellor or similar role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including fluency in English, both verbally and written.
