We are seeking a results-driven accountant to fill a Financial Operations Manager role in our organization. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including supervising the accounting team and coordinating with other departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and admin departments to ensure smooth vendor payment management.
Requirements:

Candidates should possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

An ACA or ACCA qualification, or equivalent, is required, along with 4-5 years of relevant experience in accounting operations. Strong technical skills, including accounting software and financial systems, are also necessary.
