About the Job

Our organization is seeking a creative and versatile Marketing Associate/Executive with expertise in video editing and LinkedIn growth to enhance our brand's visual and digital presence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce high-quality work that resonates with our diverse client base.

The successful candidate will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including LinkedIn growth tactics, to increase brand awareness and drive business growth across digital platforms. They will also produce engaging graphic and video content for various platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, measure campaign performance, and assist in organizing marketing events.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Produce engaging graphic and video content for various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimized customer experiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, gauge customer needs, and monitor competitor activities.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights to refine strategies accordingly.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events to promote the company and its services.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Associate/Executive with a strong background in video editing and expertise in LinkedIn growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other design and video editing tools.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing/marketing adjacent role with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other design and video editing tools.
  • Experience with social media, content creation, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects from conception to completion.
