Job Title:

Financial Management Professional

Role Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing the financial management of a global organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the balance sheet, ensuring timely payments and reporting as required by regional treasury.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Closely coordinate with senior management to identify and address all financial risks and opportunities. This includes supporting high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
  2. Supervise country controllers to ensure timely reporting and analysis of onshore/offshore positions and P&L of platforms.
  3. Support regional credit and market risk teams in understanding or referencing local banks, counterparties, or other procedures.
  4. Coordinate with local tax consultants and regional tax managers for tax compliance and planning opportunities.
  5. Oversight of monthly closing and reporting activities, supervising and coordinating yearly standalone audits of entities.
  6. Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for countries as required by regional FP&A teams.
  7. Manage the balance sheet of companies, including daily changes in position of platforms.
  8. As company secretary, review and ensure all documentation are filed on time and monitor compliance with local laws and regulations.
  9. Prepare financial feasibility analyses and tax/legal structuring for potential investments by the group.
  10. Serve as an entity contact point for regional legal, internal audit, and compliance teams.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Experience analyzing complex balance sheets and international working exposure/multinational experience with big local footprints
  • Good MS Office skills
