Philanthropy Manager

Join AMAN WELFARE SOCIETY, a leading non-profit organization in Pakistan, as a Fundraiser in our Lahore office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing funding for our projects and programs through innovative fundraising strategies and exceptional donor relations.

1. Develop and implement effective fundraising plans to meet organizational goals
2. Identify and cultivate potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations
3. Build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders to ensure long-term support
4. Prepare and submit grant proposals, reports, and other fundraising materials
5. Coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and activities to engage stakeholders and maximize fundraising potential
6. Collaborate with the program team to develop project proposals and budgets
7. Meet and exceed fundraising targets

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, development studies)
2. At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field
3. Proven track record of securing funding from diverse sources
4. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Familiarity with the non-profit sector and fundraising principles
