Summary of Position:

The language instructor plays a pivotal role in guaranteeing customer satisfaction at the highest level by providing learner-centered and goal-oriented instruction that aligns with the principles and techniques of the methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruction: Deliver lessons using the specified methodology, incorporating technology as required. Implement a structured approach to learning across all levels of instruction, catering to students of all ages in group and private settings.
• Learner Management/Learning Cycle: Provide timely updates on customer progress, strengths, and weaknesses, promoting learning cycle events and adhering to teaching schedules. Communicate issues directly to the supervisor and participate in professional development activities.
• Additional Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, level checks, tests, and write reports as assigned by the supervisor.
