Job Summary:
Springs Apartment Homes seeks a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Executive.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, resulting in repeat business and referrals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
