A visionary Graphic Designer / Social Media Specialist is sought to administer our social media presence and company's social media marketing and advertising.
About the Role:
- To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from a recognized University.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing in a direct to consumer/corporate environment are required.
- The ideal candidate will be a smart, highly motivated, and creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers.
- You will need to communicate the company's brand in a positive, authentic way.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent English language skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality planning and goal setting.
- Develop visual design and web development skills, knowledge of the latest designing tools for social media and prospective clients.
- Bolster brand awareness and online reputation through strategic initiatives.
- Conceptualize, create, and execute the company's social media strategy, emphasizing customer relationships, awareness, and affinity for the brand.
- Create and execute day-to-day social media initiatives, including writing and posting engaging content.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written).
- Manage a content calendar and lead content distribution across different social media platforms.
- Cultivate leads and drive business growth by capturing, analyzing, and reporting on social metrics.
