The ideal candidate for this SEO & Ads Manager position will possess exceptional skills in SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth through online presence and ad campaigns.

This role requires a strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization, as well as hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing channels.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive quality traffic.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to enhance SEO performance.
    • Ensure on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, structured data, internal linking, and website audits.
    • Implement off-page SEO tactics, such as link building, guest posting, and outreach strategies.
    • Optimize website speed, user experience, and mobile-friendliness to improve overall SEO.
    • Monitor SEO performance using industry-leading tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs.
  • Paid Advertising:
    • Design and execute Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
    • Configure and optimize campaigns to target the right audience for maximum return on investment (ROI).
    • Analyze ad performance, testing ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversions.
    • Monitor and adjust ad spending to ensure optimal budget allocation.
    • Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for future improvements.
  • Digital Marketing and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with the content team to enhance blog posts, landing pages, and marketing materials.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and experiment with innovative strategies.
    • Present weekly/monthly performance reports on SEO rankings, website traffic, and ad campaign results.
