This role requires a highly experienced attorney with a strong background in law. A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and an LLM are highly desirable, along with at least 05 years of experience handling legal matters as a practicing lawyer.

Responsibilities
  • Prosecute gas theft cases in Gas Utility Courts, High Court, and other relevant courts.
  • Draft and submit written statements, appeals, and review/revision petitions to the competent court.
  • Provide expert guidance to investigation officers and assist in case preparation.
  • Maintain effective communication with the prosecution wing/law officer regarding court proceedings.
