Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Project Manager Lead to oversee and lead teams within our construction division.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results in construction projects. They will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team to deliver exceptional results in construction projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and managing expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement in operational processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations and industry standards are adhered to on-site.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure projects meet company standards.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular reports on project progress and team performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules efficiently.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with construction project management.
  • Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar credentials.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and sustainability practices.
