Total costs of purchases are assessed to inform procurement decisions.

Strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services while maintaining stock levels are developed.

A team of purchasing agents is overseen to ensure seamless operations.

The role reports to a senior procurement leader to facilitate strategic decision-making.

This position requires a candidate with strong networking skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Data analysis, organisational skills, business acumen, mathematical proficiency, negotiation skills, financial analysis capabilities are essential.

A thorough understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics expertise, strategic planning abilities, knowledge of supply management software including database management, inventory control, financial analysis, point-of-sale systems, procurement tools, project management, and enterprise resource planning is necessary.

This role also requires experience in procurement, clerk, or junior buyer roles.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, engineering, economics, applied science, or a related field, preferably accredited by a reputable professional body, is highly desirable.

This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that our procurement processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with relevant regulations.

  • Managing supplier relationships
