Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Director to oversee governance, risk assessment, and compliance functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of effective governance frameworks.
  • Assess complex information security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance programs.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
  • Generate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security from a recognized university.
  • Prior Master's degree in Cyber Security is an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 8 years of post-graduation experience with at least 3 years in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance roles.
  • Certification in ISO 27001, CISA, and CGEIT will be preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Deep understanding of security frameworks, including ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, and CIS Controls.
  • In-depth knowledge of information security technologies and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying security and compliance information to various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing information security risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in managing SIEM systems and incident response.

  • The selected candidate will be hired on a contractual basis for a period of 5 years, extendable if required.
